Marquee Events 

If your party exceeds 80 people or you would like a sit down dinner for more than 20 people, we will be happy to accommodate your party in a marquee on the lawn.  Please request our list of local companies, each come highly recommended.  Alternatively, see our 'links' page.

Corkage 

We don’t charge a corkage fee.

Catering

We have a selection of high quality local caterer's wich come highly recommended for you to choose from, please request our current supplier's list for further information or see our 'links' page.

Event & Venue Management

Inclusive in the hire price is the service of Nina Spragg as Event & Venue Manager in preparation for the big day and on the day it's self.  Nina has gathered many years in the Events & Hospitality industry, after starting her career as an assistant to the Events Director at a top London PR Comapany in 2000, working on many high profile client and celebrity events.  Moving on in 2003 to working as 'In house' Events Manager for a leading London IT Systems Solutions Provider in the Financial Services Industry.  In 2008, Nina returned to the Cotswolds to manage the events at Luckington Court.  Being responsible for all aspects of the event, from Health and Safety, to Staff Management and Supplier Co-ordination,  Nina will ensure that the house and it's grounds look stunning for your event and that the day passes exactly how you would like it to; perfectly!

Bookings 

We require a deposit of 50% of the agreed hire price to secure the date that you would like to book, with advice of this in writing, (approximate party numbers should also be given), also a signed copy of our terms & conditions will be required.  Please use our list of carefully selected caterers & suppliers, unless otherwise agreed with the Events Manager, as confirmation of which suppliers you will be using should follow.

The balance of your account is payable no less than 28 days before your booking date, this will include the remaining 50% of the hire charge.
